Election Day: May 2, 2026
Together we can build a better Pearland
Quentin Wiltz (Executive MBA, PMP, 6σBB) is a dedicated leader with a vision and commitment to addressing the key issues facing Pearland. With a strong history of community engagement, corporate financial planning and project management expertise, he is focused on delivering accountable leadership through strategic planning that reduces long-term debt, decreases the tax burden, and builds sustainably for a future we can afford.
Quentin’s Blueprint for Pearland
For nearly 20 years, Quentin and his wife Monique have built their life in Pearland the same way so many families have — through faith, hard work, and perseverance. After graduating from Southern University A&M in Baton Rouge, LA, they moved to Pearland following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina supporting displaced family members and starting over themselves. Like thousands who now call Pearland home, they came seeking opportunity, good schools, safe neighborhoods, and a strong sense of community. They experienced the challenges of the Great Recession, job uncertainty, and raising young children through major storms like Hurricane Ike — the same realities many Pearland families understand firsthand.
They didn’t just move to Pearland. They invested in it.
Rooted in Family. Grounded in Values.
Raised in St. Martinville, Louisiana (pop. 5,400), Quentin was shaped by small-town values — faith, service, education, and hard work. His mother was a public school educator for 32 years. His father worked on/offshore 25 years for Texaco.
Those lessons became the blueprint for his life: provide for your family, serve your community, and leave things better than you found them. That same blueprint guided Quentin and Monique as they chose Pearland’s Old Townsite to raise their two sons — prioritizing better schools, an engaged community, and better opportunities. They also remained committed to serving Pearland through their respective service organizations as members of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Proven Leadership. Real Results.
Quentin doesn’t just talk about service — he has a record of delivering results for Pearland. After being appointed by former Mayor Tom Reid, Quentin served seven years on the Pearland Parks & Recreation and Beautification Board, including four years as Chairman. During that time, he helped lead:
-
Development of the Sports Complex
-
Expansion of hike and bike trails
-
Completion of the Recreation Center and Natatorium
-
Implementation of the 5-Year Parks Master Plan
-
Strengthening environmental initiatives with Keep Pearland Beautiful
He understands how city government works — and how to move projects from vision to completion.
Growing Pearland’s Economy
Utilizing his expertise in business and finance (Executive MBA, University of Houston) along with his experience in oil & gas as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean/Six Sigma professional (6σBB), Quentin has spent his career improving efficiency, safety, and sustainability in business operations.
While serving as a Director on the Pearland Chamber of Commerce Board, he helped secure $1.9 million in workforce development grants, partnering with local institutions to provide ESL, skills training, and certifications. That meant higher paying jobs, better opportunities, stronger families, and a more competitive Pearland economy.
He believes a strong city starts with strong businesses and a well-trained workforce.
Protecting Families. Serving the Vulnerable.
As a past Chairman of the Brazoria County Alliance for Children, Quentin worked with interlocal law enforcement — including former Pearland Police Chief J.C. Doyle — to strengthen child abuse awareness and prevention efforts that continue today. Because safe communities aren’t just about infrastructure — they’re about protecting our children and supporting families in crisis.
A Mayor for All of Pearland
Quentin has volunteered thousands of hours across Pearland — mentoring students, coaching youth sports, supporting veterans, educating voters, serving in his church, and working with food banks.
He understands Pearland because he has lived the journey so many residents share:
-
Starting over.
-
Building a career.
-
Raising children in both Pearland ISD and Alvin ISD schools.
-
Weathering natural disasters and economic uncertainty.
-
Investing time and talent back into the community.
He believes you don’t have to be elected to public office to serve — but you do need proven leadership to move a city forward.
The Future of Pearland
The small-town charm that defines Pearland remains, but its future depends on thoughtful growth and building new experiences that prepare it for what’s ahead. It is one of the fastest-growing communities in the region. Growth brings opportunity, but it also demands thoughtful, strategic leadership. Quentin has lived and invested in East Pearland for ten years as resident in The Old Townsite. He has resided in Shadow Creek Ranch in West Pearland for the last ten years. He has two sons, Ethan (Class of 2027, United States Military Academy at West Point) and Evan (Class of 2026, Shadow Creek High School). He has been married for twenty-two years to his wife Monique. They attend St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and Silverlake Church. His professional experience in oil & gas, the pharmaceutical industry, construction, finance, and manufacturing as well as his community experience has helped shape his perspective on making Pearland better.
Quentin is ready to build on the legacy of service that has shaped Pearland’s success and lead with:
-
Fiscal responsibility
-
Smart infrastructure planning
-
Safe neighborhoods
-
Strong schools and workforce development
-
Inclusive community leadership
For 20 years, Quentin has built in Pearland — parks, programs, partnerships, and people.
Now, he’s ready to build Pearland’s next chapter.
Let’s build a better Pearland - TOGETHER.
